movies and other extras in mamewah

When i want to play movies and other extras (marquees, etc.) in mamewah, what can I leave zipped and what do I need to unzip?  I am most concerned with movies, but other stuff would be helpful to know as well.

Images, movies & sounds need to be unzipped.  Actually any file you want Mamewah to use needs to be unzipped.

Roms can often be zipped (depending on emulator) as Mamewah doesn't need to open them.
