Hello all,

I am close to hardware completion of my mame cab, and have begun gathering software. I plan to spend alot of time playing fighting (particularly Capcom) and Neo Geo games. Is Mame the best to use for these? or are there better options for these games.

Also, many of my console emulators are out of date. Is there a recommended place to go to find out what the newest and best emulators are for each console?

screenshotarchive is great for arcade related items, including hacked cabinet friendly emulators.

But it is not a current site on emulators at large. Zophar.net has always been a good emulator site.

Zophar's DOmain is about dead.

For CPS and NeoGeo stuff (including NeoGeo CD) use Nebula.
