Maybe you shouldn't have kept it so short. Looks like you're trying to stir the pot again. I found no info on that page that says it's discontinued.
NO MORE!!

That's the new model.  Look at the list of ip owners.

Unless he's going to compete with himself, looks like things are changing.

Interesting that some are Ultracade and some David Foley. Hmmm, this guy goes through company names like I go through socks.

Probably a stupid move to trademark using his name, considering his history. I guess next company change he goes through, he'll be changing his name?

What am I suppose to be noticing?  That list has been there for quite some time.  you don't remember seeing it during the trademark issues?

What am I suppose to be noticing?

Instead of "UltraCade" by "UltraCade", it's "Ultimate Arcade" by "Chicago Gaming".

Yet most of the games are owned by UltraCade or Foley himself.  I suppose that if you own them yourself, then they aren't *technically* part of the company.  Whatever sign is on the door can use them.

Ahigh, do you know what's up with it?

--- edit ---
IIRC, Chicago Gaming made the UltraCade cabinets.

Since you brought up the issue of identity, I'd like to point out, David's not afraid to reveal his true name.

Costco is also the wrong place to take the term discontinued.

If Costco lists an item as 'discontinued' it means that the company is no longer selling it. Maybe they are not selling it online anymore, or just in a few areas of the country(s)....

Costco discontinues and adds new items daily.
