i bought one a while ago.  there was a weird issue detecting the USB for Intel/Dell, but it worked after i updated my mobo drivers.  if you're using ZSNESW and want to push 2 of the 4 main action buttons on opposite axes at the same time, you have to add a line in the config file.  i can dig that up for you if you want it.  i was so used to my playstation controller that i had a harder time adapting to the SNES one.  i tried buying a playstation to SNES adapter for the console, but there is a lag issue.  the two off market controllers that i bought had horrible D-pads.  i think the name was "super pad."  i found that using my old controllers eventually loosened up the d-pad  and R button, and they are 13 years old now.
