SlikStik Co2 Artwork Template

i am looking to design my own art work for the slikstik co2. does anyone happen to have a template of the exact size for it that i can open in photshop or possibly illustrator to design it. i will not be making any changes to the placement of the butons so the standard look will apply. Thanks alot

Also does any one know how much slikstik charges to apply this artwork? i emailed them but have gotten no responce.
