Fun things to put in Microwaves
« on: December 16, 2005, 05:57:17 pm »
Today a got really bored, so I started throwing crap into the micrwave to see what happened to it. I am not going to post pictures. I will just advise things to try

Eggs

a fluoresent light bulb (rings work best)

A set of small bulb christmas lights (Set will be destroyed, use an old set)

A Bar of soap in a shallow dish of water

A CD-R

a Ketchup packet

and of course...

Aluminum foil

See what happens if you put a can of soda in there, drop some Mentos in there, slam the door and cook for 3 minutes

When I was about 16 I tried to put my sister in one, but could sadly not get the door to shut. 20 years later and she still won't let me forget about that.

If you want to see something very cool (although its extremely dangerous to do, as in use an extension cord and do it outside)  stick a toothpick in something so that its standing straight up, then light the toothpick on fire, turn on the microwave, enjoy the light show and hope you dont burn down the neighborhood.

Ok. Since you knew it would be fun and dangerous, what does this actually do?

Sorry, I never took "Microwave Theory 101"

See, that's why I'll never be able to learn Israelichishese.  Whole sentences mean entirely different sentences in your language.  Here, we have to say new words and stuff.

Now I'm just getting carried away.  I almost made it through that last sentence without laughing.  Let's not kid ourselves.  You don't have any potential.  I seriously hope that I did kill you.  Let me know.
