I'm looking for more characters in his exact style for my cp overlay.

I'll buy his posters to get them high res enough.

Ruthay. I think he does mostly manga stuff, though.
Raspberry Pi, AttractMode, and Skeletor enthusiast.

I looked at the sig printed vertically on the side and followed the link.  I was thinking that this Ruthay fellow is infact just the guy who had the website with the wall paper on it.

I've seen one copy of this piece without the "dangerous team" text on the image. 

Anyone agree? or anyone know for sure if Ruthay is in fact the artists?

I just keep thinking, if you can do art of this quality, why waste your time doing manga?

Why waste time doing manga? hah... some of the most skilled illustrators in the world do manga. I personally find it WILDLY boring... it has a much greater following overseas than it does here in the states though.

Sorry my opinion of manga and anime slipped in there.

BTW the real artist's name is Gabriele Dell'Otto.  He rivals Alex Ross for comic paintings in the comic art world.
