I've never had any probelms with Amazon at all. I've never bought anything that was remanufactured from them, but it does come with a 90 day warrenty.

I've never had any problem with any refurbished item ever.

Sony Clie: Still working perfectly.
Sony CD Car-man: (Purchased in 1996) Still in use!
Rio 64mb MP3 player: Ummm still works but I don't use it  ::)
