but you can use a Dreamcast for a low cost solution. Arcade perfect.... better in some respects...

I own the game on the original hardware and also have a DC in a cab with a SVGA monitor and there is no visual differences between the versions except for options on the DC and have the start / pause button comes in handy if you are married with children...
