I noticed a broken wire on my transformer but can't figure out where it goes. Possible for someone to take a pic so I can try and figure out where it connects to?

it's the only black wire coming off the PS. but i think i figured it out. There was a heat shrink "cap" that was in the box and it fits perfectly on that black wire. I guess it came off during my move.
