I don't get it???

Last night on my way to work (it was raining) I stopped at a traffic light. When the light turned green I looked both ways then headed out into the intersection. This van runs their red light at a high rate of speed and narrowly misses the back of my truck.

There was a cop maybe four car lengths behind him and doesn't bother to chase him down but just takes a right at the same red light this guy ran. Yet just a few weeks before I get nailed with a speeding ticket for doing 60 mph just as the speed limit drops from 55 to 45 on a clear night with no other cars around

when the light turns green I check both ways before starting across because to o many people thing there's a 10 sec rule or something after the light turns red that they can still go.......

ha, i usually have to dash out if i'm making a left turn and want to beat oncoming cars.

it's just what I've heard.  I'm white or white looking, so it's hard to tell.

work all night stay inside in the day. I'm allways away from the sunlight...

so I'm pretty pale looking.. maybe it's my red hair they don't like
