Sharp Image 33" Question

Hi! I got a 33" sharp image monitor that needs a cap kit does anyone know where I can pick one up at?

Its a Sharp Image 33" monitor # KTM-F33
Also does anyone have a manual or a link to DL? Thanks

Ok I called Sharp and they said that my tube might be bad.
The tube has a really good picture but I cant get it any brighter then the pic below.
From what  I understand a cap kit well bring the brightness back right?
They want 15.00 for the cap kit and 5.00 for the the manual.
I hope a cap kit will do the trick

As you can see there is alot of blue in the pic Ive tryed to adjust everthing and this is the best I can get it. Thanks for the help

The capkit and manual would be a great starting point.

I guess that I'm worried that Sharp said the tube is bad I really don't want to spend any money if the cap kit will not work.
Ken does the tube look good to you? The only bad tubes Ive seen they don't show nothing at all.

Have the tube "shot" at a local T.V. repair shop?
WTB: The Grid by Midway (2001), looking for 2 or more complete games, and large marquee

I saw in another post you was having the same problem as me monitor not that bright. would the video brightner from happs work on mine?
Could you post a pic of your monitor so I can see what yours looks like to mine?

It might, but try gentally tapping on the neckboard with a screwdriver handle to loosten any debris that by be shorting the heaters.

Im new to the monitor world so is the neckboard the clear glass looking thing that the adjustments plug into?  ???
