most minimum epsxe cpu setup with good performance
« on: November 19, 2005, 08:14:17 am »
hi. what is the lowest possible hardware i could use in a win98se mamewah/espxe cabinet. someone is selling me his computer and was wondering if this could deliver the goods already:

p3 slot 1 600-700mhz
256 p133 sdram
32mb nvidia agp
10gb maxtor hard disk
via mobo

i hope someone has had a good setup with even lower specs...that would make mine a sure bet.thanks all.

Now a days these specs are called the "lowest specs" :)
btw Epsxe and Mamewah works best in Xp.

I have done a good setup with the same hardware.

I have a more powerful PC but am having a few nagging issues running ridge racer type 4 on epsxe.

Anyone notice a bit of slowdown in that game when you use inside car view?

Epsxe can run very fast on a powerfull Pc.
If you configured it properly i belive that it should be fine.
