Project 64 and Mamewah
« on: November 18, 2005, 10:47:27 pm »
I'm using Project 64 as my emulator of choice for N64 games, which works.  The problem I am having is when using it with Mamewah (v1.6.0.1) the emulator and games start fine BUT the keys don't work, including ESC.  The keys DO work when I'm not running it through Mamewah.  What is the difference??

Are you using jcrouse's wrapper?

Yes, I am using his wrapper and ini.  I've gotten all of my other emulators to work thanks to his website.

No clue if this would work but did you try all the "extra" flags like {safelaunch} and stuff?  That helps with focus issues so I doubt it would do anything really but you never know.  Also wait for mamewah or someone to come along...they know a lot more than I do.

There is a hacked version of Project 64 that allows exit with the ESC key.  If you use that you can eliminate the wrapper which should fix your problem.
