I have added a thumbnail to your AAL contribution.

I have to learn how I make a tumbnail

I just grabbed your jpeg above and resized it to 200x200 and voila a nice thumbnail.
I'm on the planning stage

Can I do this in adobe illustrator ?

yes you can do it easily

select all, resize your art to be as small as possible (22x200 or 300x300) and on the file menu select save for web, or something similar, I don't remember the sub-menu name but it has web on the title.

select the format you want (gif, jpeg, ...) and voila.
I'm on the planning stage

One of these days I plan to install some vector conversion software on my server so that it can autocreate thumbnails for vector stuff like it can for JPGs and the like. It seems that I may have tried and failed in the past... well one of these days.
