Two for the price of one!

I've got a new application for you, a command prompt image viewer. It supports png and jpg files and it uses the same display routines that MAME does. This version only allows ESC to exit, but I am planning on having it be able to read ctrlr files and exit whenever the key mapped to exit is pressed. I am also planning AHK support for this viewer.

Starting at version v0.101, all applications should be able to run out of the box and compile successfully out of the box with no other source code downloads required.
