kickstart problem in mamewah-winuaef

hi!winuaef in mamewah always ask me for "no kickstart rom found with name H:\arcade\amiga\Winuae_fe\kickrom\kick13.rom,trying default location.." and then a black screen and returns to mamewah
why?
where must i put kickstart roms?if i use it in winuae gui it loose folder and everytime i must reenter folder of kick rom!
is possible  is there not a mode to fix kick rom.
