Hi,
Starting a new topic on this because I got a response from the sales people that it can autosync without any jumper changes and it comes in 19". Does anyone have one of these? If so, what is their dot pitch and max resolution?

the 19" as a dot pitch of 0.26 I'm not sure about max res, but its at least VGA (640 x 480). I do know the 27" will do at least 800x600 and possibly 1024x768 (certain a future model wll have this ability)

Yup that's true. All Wei-Ya monitors with 19" CRT are 0.26 mm dot pitch. Just checked their model lines.
High resolution tube. Like if you buy a 19" PC monitor and decase it. So, it will look just like a PC monitor looks when displaying low resolution modes: blocky. A waste of money.
Get a monitor with a standard resolution picture tube for displaying low res modes.
Cheers
