why wont some ROMS work?
« on: November 02, 2005, 11:18:40 pm »
Hello, buddy and I are getting our software ready to install (although cab is not done yet and now probably wont ever!).  The problem we are having is about half the games are working.  Using Mame32 and for instance Altered Beast wont show available.  Have transferred files from CD many times and got one from the net but still doesn't work.  Do some ROMS work better on different versions of MAME?  I would think not but as you can guess since I am using MAME32 I am a old newbie.  Thanks for any help.
