Quick Res Question

I am running quick res with mamewah and have a question about resolution.
The utility seems to pick the right res most of the time, but for some games I need to adjust the v hold to get a steady pic (stop scrolling). Is there a way to solve this problem, maybe i can manually choose the correct res for these game and leave that setting as the default.
