anyone help me with the name of this game

hi all i cant really remember this game correctly  but it was on the sega megadrive/genesis console. Im pretty sure u was a man with a blue hawain shirt on brown shorts and a stray hat u wasnt allowed on the floow and he could throw things he walked all chilled out and cool and the music was like a reggae ryhthm. it was a platform game that i used to enjoy when i was younger i think it mite be called cool dog or sumthing but not cool spot i cant find it anywhere please try help all

no i dont think it is you was a human character if i remember correctly one of the levels was like an egyptian tomb/pyramid?
