no worst than that one lady hit that person and he died while still in the winshield of the car as it was parked in the garage.

I for one would have no problem with mandatory driving retests starting at age 50. Then 55. Then 60. Then 65. Yearly after that.Oh yeah, we can't, we would offend the older drivers. Rather have them kill someone than get offended.Grr.
