Yeah, but that lady was a nurse and she left him there for DAYS. She kept going out to apologize to the guy.

It doesn't change the fact that driving when drunk makes someone an ass hat, but we all saw the folly of giving someone a DUI when they weren't driving their cars. You can't call them a drunk driver if they AREN'T driving, right? Duh!

I for one would have no problem with mandatory driving retests starting at age 50. Then 55. Then 60. Then 65. Yearly after that.

Oh yeah, we can't, we would offend the older drivers. Rather have them kill someone than get offended.

I'd LOVE that idea! It's the best of both worlds. You don't offend ANYONE because EVERYONE has to do it, and you get some of these idiot drivers off the road. If I had a machine gun on the front of my truck while driving all around all day........
