Or several someones for that matter.

I just installed a Coppermine photo gallery for my online friends (yeah, that's you guys) to use. I'm constantly seeing folks on the various boards that I visit complaing that they have no free place to host pictures to post. Complain no more, here it is.

Since I just installed it, I need a few people to register & try it, then let me know how well it's working for you. Be aware that since I'm still playing around with it, anything that you upload may get deleted while I'm still tweaking things. Be aware that at the moment your disk space is limited to one MB.

Register with the same user name that you use here. Note to lurkers: if I don't know who you are, your account will be deleted.

Let me know what you think.

Okay new rules regarding cheesecake pics. If it would be okay in a PG-13 movie, then don't worrry about it, post as usual. If it's a little more rique' than that then you'll need to create a new album. Everyone from this site who's registered so far has been made (or will be in the next few minutes) a member of a group called "BYOAC Cheesecake". If you haven't registered yet, you'll have to wait until I've noticed that you have before I can add you to this group. Here's what you need to do for the rated R cheesecake album.

1) Click the "create/order my albums" button.

2) Create a new album

3) Click the "Modify my albums" button

4) Select your new album

5) Under "album can be viewed by" select "BYOAC Cheesecake group".

6) Click "update album"

7) Upload whatever you like.

Sorry, any rated R pics that get uploaded into public albums will have to be deleted, but I think everyone should be happy now. Oh, and I had to take down the rated R stuff that's been posted so far, so I uploaded them into a new album that you should be able to see once I get everyone moved into the cheesecake group.

The two pics that you uploaded are taking up 201 kb. The other one may not have worked because it would have put you over the 1 mb limit. Also there's a 1mb limit on individual file sizes, that could also account for why it didn't work. I'll allocate more space once I get the kinks worked out. Did you have any problems with registration or figuring out how to create a new album? Thanks for testing it out for me.

No, it's just a service I pay for monthly. I have way more bandwidth and storage space than will ever be required by my meager website, so I just thought I'd share.

I upped the disk space to 3 MB. The limit on one file is still 1mb. If anyone needs more than this, feel free to PM me and I'll see what I can do for you.
