Hell, it's pacman right? If you ask me, better then buying the original board for 70 bucks and having to go through the process of hooking up lots of stuff. Might as well go with one of these. Just replace the joystick and buttons.
Get the Coleco VFD game.They are still the best handheld ports out there.

Those already have a halfway decent joystick and buttons, decent emulation and hook up to a TV with RCA composite right out of the box.
