Changing CPViewer Exit Key
« on: October 17, 2005, 09:27:55 pm »
Is there a way to change the CpViewer exit key? Z is my player1 5 button and its kind of in the middle. I would like to change it to my player 1 button to exit the CpViewer and start the game.

read the instructions. You can change it in the ini or on the command like.
can't remember the exact option. but something like "-exitkey=..."

If your only using CPViewer there is a menu option and then a dialog box to change the exit key.

If you are using the CPVW add-on, which I highly recommend, you change it in the ini file. See the included readme file.

Good Luck,
John

haha ya I figured it out like 30seconds after I made this post, it always seem to work that way... I don't know if I am using the add-on. I know I am using 3.2. I couldent find anything about a add-on on your site besides the fact it says 3.2 is an add-on.

It's called CPVW. Here is a link:

Enjoy,
John

I installed the add-on today, and I must say it is MUCH MUCH faster. Very noticible on a p4 2.4gig /w 512mb.

quick question, it seems to work great on all the games. But when I load Street Fighter II CE. It skips the controls and goes straight to the game. Tried it numerous times and it still works with every other game except sf2ce.
