Artist needed... *FOUND*

for starters, i don't want to sound like a grump, but i've read through frosty's tutorial and did some vectoring, but i don't have the time and money to spend on the things needed for this one project, so i'm farming it out to an artist.

I'm not going to include what i need vectorized so i can do without the "why don't you do it yourself" people.

Not going to ask why you don't do it yourself (if you don't want to, it's your perrogative), but I will suggest that you'll probably get more responses if you at least give some idea of what you're wanting vectorized...  Without knowing what the project is, there's no way of knowing if it's something a more novice "vectorizer" could handle, or if it's something for someone like Felsir.  I can see you either not getting many responses (since no one knows if they can handle the job), or too many (and having to explain what you need to each one individually).

No sense in making it hard on yourself...

Felsir is off limits with twin babies to cope with for a while....cant see him back for ages.

As for Zorg, Snake and so forth.....I'm sure they are lurking about.

But again it woudl be nice to know what were letting ourselves in for.....more importantly PRICE!

thanks for more artist ideas.  i've already talked to felsir, zorg, pixel, and a couple of our other top aritists, and all have varying reasons on why they're tied up at the moment.  i'll post more info if i don't get any answers from my last round of artist pm's.

i guess i just don't want to deal with everyone vectorizing it or with the "why don't you do it yourself" crowd.  i'd rather just pay one person to do it and have it done.  i will give a hint though, i need a marquee and sideart done, although they are very simple. even though i don't have much experience, i would say it would only take a couple hours, if that.

I'm always willing to do vector graphics for someone as long as I feel it's within my ability. I enjoy doing it, and it makes me better at it, so the only thing I ask for is just compensation for my time.
