EYGO monitor help
« on: October 11, 2005, 10:25:56 am »
I recently purchased an EYGO 19" vga monitor on ebay. When I received it, the image was reversed when connected to my pc (I tried another pc and my brother's laptop with the same results). Anyways I did some searching online and in the forums and I found a picture  where you have to swap two wires (maybe more? I couldn't tell) in order to correct the image. Does anybody have any more information? Thanks

Eygo monitors are actually Wei-ya/Huai brand. There are TWO yoke connector pins on the main monitor board. One group of pins displays a normal image. There's another group of pins right next to those pins that when you unplug the yoke connector from where it is now and plug it into this alternate group, the picture is reversed. Do this with the power off and be sure to fully seat the connector or it will burn up.
