So what software is everyone using that shows what controls to use when you launch a game?

Is Buddabing's the only one out there, now?

If so, does it work easily with Mamewah?

I tried putzing with the software a few months ago, but gave up...I couldn't get it to work right...

There's CPViewer and Johnny 5. Johnny, when combined with the new AHK script, will show controls even with a vanilla build of MAME.

I have changed my nickname to "Cakemeister". Please do not PM the Buddabing account because I do not check it anymore.

Please read the wiki!

The AutoHotKey script works with Auto Hot Key to bring up Johnny 5 during game-play in mame. If you want this functionality and don't use the AHK script... you will have ot use a custom compiled version of mame with support for display of control panel viewers on pause (i.e. Buddamame.)

The advantage of J5 with AHK, is that you can use a standard mame build.
