You're going to get yourself suspended.

There's no such thing as "expulsion" per se, at least not in public schools. We can and do suspend students for the duration of the school year, but that only means that we have to place them in one of the district's "alternative schools", which translates to "warehouse for troublemakers".

But I agree, this would probably warrent a long term suspension.

Does that depend on whether or not the kid is there from another town?  In MA, we have school choice, which means that if you apply early enough you can send your kid to a school in another city.  When I was in HS, kids from a neighboring pisshole of a town used to come to our schools all the time and then get kicked out for something like pulling a knife in the hallway.

in my senior year in HS i got suspended from "computer use" for the rest of the year lol. i had a programming class which kinda sucked but i didnt need the credit to graduate anyway so i just slept in that class, C++ is boring anyway.

but yeah i was using netsend in class to freak out some of my friends, like popping up on their screen pretending to be an admin if they were on a website telling them to get back to work. so i told them it was me and theyre lke whoa howd you do that, so i show them and they use netsend *, which sends it to EVERY computer on the network. at first it was just "hi",

You know you can net send to one machine, yes?

When I was in 12th grade, we didn't really have much of a network.  It was isolated Mac Classics.  I was allowed, though, since I was pretty much the only motivated AP Pascal student, to spend extra time in the labs when I wanted.  One day I was bored and replaced one of the key desktop icons with a pointer to a program I wrote that replaced the desktop with a flashing YOU SUCK and played a sucking sound.

I wasn't allowed in the labs outside of class after that.

Out of district transfers (sounds like that's what you're describing) will generally be sent back to their home school district for them to deal with if they get a long term suspension here. I'm not 100% sure how that works, since it really isn't my area of expertise. I think it's up to principal to make the call on something like that.

When I was in film school, I used to place text files onto the computer of this classmate (a girl of course), and she always freaked out cause I was describing her day to day movements.
I managed to convince her I was the spirit of some forest fairy (she was a hippy) and she believed it.

Six months later I confessed.  ;D
Now in a tasty new flavour.
