One hell of a weekend
« on: October 06, 2005, 07:43:12 pm »
I'm talking about last weekend which I delayed posting about because I wanted to get the pics back.  I went to Buccaneer Days which I like to think of as Marti Gras with pirates.  Heres my favorite picture:

Theres 4 types of rum there, with 2 bottles of Cap. Morgans.  Cap. Morgans is the rum that we gave out to anyone who passed by and wanted a drink, needless to say we make lots of friends every year.  This year giving out rum got us some free lobster that was caught the night before (lobster season opened 12am Sat morning)  Like I said, one hell of a weekend.

heres a few more pics

Sounds like you had a blast!

With all that rum you are lucky you didn't fall over and land on your head and scrape up your buccanears.

Is that when they wake up and say, "Oh man, I've got one mother buccanheadache right now!"

Bah.  Any Maritime Canadian can drink until they pass out, while on a rough sea, and not chuck.

Of course, a lot of Maritime Canadians drown.   :P

I think that's how they weed out the weaklings.

If you've ever swam in the Bay of Fundy, you would understand.  Strongest tides in the world.  At the wrong time of day, no swimmer would survive long.
