Nintendo instruction cards/manual

Does anybody know of a site that has scans of the nintendo vs dualsystem cocktail instruction cards? Or even a place that sells NOS or reproductions?

I'm also after either a paper copy or a pdf file of the instruction manual for the cocktail.

Also if anyone could help me out with some of my other nintendo vs questions, please refer to my other post.
