anyone know what the equivalent size of a 20 inch arcade monitor is on a computer monitor?

I don't think there is a difference?  19" is the most common, and you can swap out picture tubes with a lot of 19" TV's.  Are you SURE you have 20" and not 19"?  If so, probably gonna be hard to get a tube for it.
