That's a pretty long list.  I'm going to say "all of them".  Actually, no - "none of them".

Why not just load them up and test them out for yourself?  Not sounding mean but you'll probably get more satisfactory answers that way.

But I'll save you some trouble if you don't want to do it.  I'm running a P4 2.0Ghz with 512MB of memory and I have trouble with a lot of CHD games (many of which is on your list).  NO current computer will playthe more modern games at an acceptable speed.  And, no, the video card doens't matter since MAME doesn't utilitze it's 3D wizardy.

SFII runs swell though.

I suggest looking up the controls information in the controls.ini (or XML?) file first, determining which games are compatible with your setup, then relisting the compatible games; but I can already tell you that both area 51s were lightgun games, and that most of these games are going to have some sort of specialized controls.  I think paigeoliver always divides these games into three categories:  those with special controls, those which you can barely play with the best system possible, and those that have special controls and can barely be played.  Oh, and the SF3 games will probably not work.  Try dreamcast for SF3 Third Strike, Capcom vs. Snk 2, and Marvel vs. Capcom 2, three great Naomi ports.  Dreamcast will also get you some of the SF Rush games, though they may not be the exact same.

Surely at least a few are playable with my setup...

Save the harddrive space and lose the chd games unless you have a lightgun.
(and then just keep area51 and maximum force)

I'm running a 2.8 p4 and I have trouble with the cojag games unless I turn off triplebuffer.

The other games are usuable as a slide show.

(Maybe Ki would run on that setup, give it a try.)

Simple rule of thumb:

Chd games that are 2d are playable.

Chd games that are 3d are not.

Regular 3d games made after 1995 are not going to be playable on your system.

See that wasn't so hard now was it?

maxforce (lg)

No ("10 Ghz" needed)
calspeed (& input, sw)
mace
sfrush (& sw)
sfrushrk (&sw)
blitz
blitz99
primrag2
blitz2k
vaportrx
gauntleg
sfiii (& not emu'ed)
sfiii2 (& not emu'ed)
sfiii3 (& not emu'ed)
gauntdl

The music stuff is yes AFAIK too, but I never played them.  I left the ones I didn't instantly reconize out, but look at howard's rule of thumb, above.  Most of them will fall under the a No group.

Also, you could have sorted, grouped or something to make answering the list easier. ;)

I note those are all CHD games.  Some will play fine on your setup (Area 51, Maximum Force, Killer Instict) and some won't (Cruisin', SF Rush).  Just try them all, delete what you can't use.

Did you simply go through and list every CHD game in mame? Why the fixation with them anyway?

Try compiling MAME yourself with P4 optimizations turned on. This might help some of the more marginal games.

I have changed my nickname to "Cakemeister". Please do not PM the Buddabing account because I do not check it anymore.

Sorry for the newb question but what is CHD?
Cruisin' is not CHD.

http://www.mameworld.net/maws/srch.php?chd=yes (4 pages)

Most people think CHD means Compressed Hard Drive, but it is actually Compressed Hunks of Data.  Anyway, they're newer games that used a hard drive in the arcade, meaning they take anywhere from 50 Meg to several G, and generally play more slowly than standard games.
