J-Pac help

Just installed computer into Jamma arcade cabinet, and have no idea how to install the monitor to the J-pac/ computer. I also do not know which buttons are concidered 4, 5 , and 6 for each player and audio hook up to cab speakers. Any diagram would be grately appreciated. Thanks for the help

You could try the forum at Ultimarc. I hear Andy is quite prompt with his replies. Unlike the lazy no-good-for-nothing bludgers around here.

Just set mine up in the last couple of days....
i just connected up one of the extra buttons up and then used the winipac util to check which button it was. In winipac there is a graphic view that shows you the basic layout of the buttons. I pressed all the buttons to check which extra one was working.If say the i pressed the 5th button and the 6th button lit up on the winipac program then i moved the wire to the 6th input slot on the JPAc. I did the same for the rest.
As far as connecting the monitor. it depends which monitor you have, arcade/computer?
the JPAC has all the lables on it. Guess thats why you have not had alot of replies

The J-PAC is designed to plug-and-play right into a JAMMA cabinet.  About the only connecting you should have to do on an existing JAMMA cabinet is for the speaker, and that is clearly labeled.

As for buttons 4, 5 and 6 it's just a matter of having your grounds set (which should already be done with the ground loop) and then running a wire from each connection on the J-PAC to each button.
