Heyy... ok, im sure some of you remember me posting about me toasting my old xbox with a modded controller...well I got a new one and painted it and remodded it and everything (costing around $300

) and built a mame controller.... the only problem is, I WANT to wire it right or I will be REALLY mad.... sooo.... lemme get things straight here:
1) Leave all thumbstick/trigger potentiometers in!!
2) Solder at the button contacts (assuming im not going to use it for an xbox controller again)
ok 1 question....
I put a total of 10 buttons in my mame controller (minus the joystick) for 1 xbox controller, which I think is possible: A,B,X,Y,Start,Back,White,Black,Right Trigger Button, Left Trigger Button = 10
My question is if it is possible to use the Right and Left Trigger buttons (When you push down on them and they *click*) as arcade buttons. I looked at the back of the controller, and there are only 2 leads popping out from under the potentiometers (Their not the potentiometer leads), which im assuming go to the button under the thumbstick.... Does anyone know if they act the same way as A,B,X,Y, etc....
Thanks!!!
