Monitor sizes...
« on: August 29, 2005, 02:56:51 pm »
If a cabinet has an inner width of 25"...
Will a 27" arcade monitor fit in it?
I assume that a 27" TV would be too wide, but how about if it was uncased?

Any information will be greatly appreciated...

Matt

I would think that the actual screen would fit in but you would be left with little or no room for mountings to hold it securely.

There are little metal brackets inside that have a threaded bolts...I figured I could use those, or at the very least, buld a frame inside, and bolt to it...
Does anyone have specs, for the tube of a TV and/or arcade monitor?

I would hate to buy a 27" TV and find out it doesn't fit...

Click on the "specs" link. The WG D9200 appears to be about 24" across.

Ouch!  Even with the American dollar being so low, the thing would still cost me over $580 + shipping, and any customs fees...

Thanks for the infomation though...
