you need to upgrade to the DVDRW 8X version.....

No he doesn't.  If he's at least got the 2x version, he can get a firmware upgrade and that'll boost him up to that.  It's actually the same, just different software running the drink holder.

Just because they pay me doesn't make them the boss of me.

I'll give them answers.  They never said they wanted the right ones, and neither did the mouth-breathing knuckle-draggers who pay for that service!  Tommy, are you there? ;D ;)
