http://www.zophar.net - usually a good place to start looking for emulators. I am aware currently that SEGA SATURN emulation is currently at a state where commercial games are "playable" but developers still have a long road ahead before these emulators are truely playable or cab worthy IMO. hope this helps.

Cassini is simply a hack of other peoples work - most of it was used without permission, some of it used when the author expressly ask it not to be used, all of it with the true authors credits/abouts hacked out. Try finding Girigiri-hacked and use Saturn-Loader ( http://ggloader.emulation64.com/ ). For more accurate, easy to use emulation try SSF ( http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~phantasy/ssf/index.html ). The language can be set to English by moving English above Japanese in the default lang file.

Keep in mind that the Saturn was a mess. Emulation of it is not nearly complete yet.
