Guys

Im looking at a Gold Tee cab with a Polo 1 or 2 25 inch 15kz monitor in it, is it possible to run it off a video card, might convert to mame.

I think all it needs is the software, that would mean  a PCB right ???????. If its olny a pcb where do you think id find one, and what $ would it be.

Thanks

If it is 15 kHz then it needs more than just a VGA connection I imagine.  At least a scheme to keep it from seeing higher freqs.

Trubo

Thanks for your comments, i have no idea about these monitors, i built a cab using 52cm tv, but ive found these golden tee cabs that are complete except software for $240au, which is pretty good, how much trackball on its own, monitor, but anyway. Would this cab take a pcb ? would it take any golf game pcb ?, thanks for your time, but any additional info would be goods.

Thnaks

Yes if its a 15khz monitor you need some way to send a 15khz signal from your computer if you intend using mame e.g. an arcadevga + jpac, according to KLOV the Golden Tee games are JAMMA, meaning that if you get a jamma golf pcb you should be set ( I dont know compatability between controls etc. that golden tee uses, but it would be compatible with your monitor/speakers etc. at least - you would have to check that out for the golf game you are looking at buying)
