HDTV using as a monitor?
« on: August 16, 2005, 04:24:06 pm »
now that i have nearly completed my cab,  I am considering buying an HDTV to put in it instead of using my flat screen regular TV.  I was wondering how good text would look on an HDTV using DVI input at 1080i having it hooked up to my computer.  I've never owned an HDTV so any input would be appreciated.  Text is quite hard to read ATM on my regular TV

Text on my HDTV is as good as a regular PC monitor. It is infinitely better than a standard def. Everything should work well provided you get the right res and rate.
