Framing in MAME32
« on: August 11, 2005, 08:30:24 pm »
So I'm trying to set up games in Mame32 on my cocktail cabinet.  One
annoying thing I find is that for some games (e.g. 1942, Galaga, ...) it
plays the game, but plays it small framed by an image of the cocktail
overlay.  I'm assuming this is some Mame32 setting, but I haven't been
able to find it yet.   ???  Any hints?

Background on the cabinet - it's a cocktail with control panels on both
ends and one side.  The player one CP has joystick, 6 buttons, trackball
and spinner.  The players 2, 3, and 4 all have joystick + 6 buttons.  The
machine is a P4 box running Windows 2000.  I have a Wells-Gardner
3100 monitor and I can't recall the graphics card off the top of my head.
Keyboard controller is an I-PAC 4.  Trackball & spinner each have their
own usb controllers.

thanks,
John

Acids, did that option also turn off background art? He might still want background art for games like Space Invaders, and Discs of Tron, etc...

It's just the BEZELS he wanted removed.
NO MORE!!
