No Viewing Windows in Mamewah Help

Hey guys I want my cpu to not show ANYTHING associated with windows when it starts up mamewah.

So I know that I can change the startup screen for windows... to some logo that I create or get from a website... I know that I can add mamewah to the start menu for windows and it will boot right into mamewah... but how do I shut down the PC without the user seeing windows?  And how do I boot into windows without the user seeing anything in windows?

OK, I am sympathizing, since the 100 posts make it hard to find the best answer...

Hey, John was being nice.  This question is almost entirely dependant on what Windows version you're using, so heeding his advice would likely get you a better answer.

BTW this is also not really a Mamewah question (rather a general Windows one), so you need not neccessarily use 'mamewah' in your search.

I know XP in particular can be a pain to remove certain screens, and in some cases there is no perfect answer (which is why my cab still has XP 'welcome' & 'shutdown' screens  ).  In my limited experience in this, Windows 'tweaking' sites are a good place to start, as well as searching the boards.
