biodegradable confetti

I'm getting married in Disneyworld this september and we need biodegradable confetti.  to buy it from a store in the UK it costs about a million dollars to ship it over here in time.  Anyone know a place in the states to pick up some biodegradable confetti?

or maybe someone in the UK can help me out and ship it for a reasonable price?

Isn't ALL confetti paper, and therefor biodegrable?

Tiny pieces of paper like that vanish outdoors first time it rains.
