ArcadeVGA causing ArcadeOS to Lock up?

Not sure which forum to post this as I am not sure which is causing what.

Have you tried it with another video card?  An ATI Rage 3D will output a 15KHz signal.

No, I haven't tried that yet.  I'll have to dig around and see if I have one handy. 

The weird thing is it only happens when I am selecting from ArcadeOS to go to a game or when I am exiting the game back to ArcadeOS.  I was debating on whether I should kick it back a version of ArcadeOS and see if that makes a difference.
