wg 6100 + F600

My WG 6100 blows fuse F600 on power up.  I purchased a cap kit with additional parts that I will install as well as reflow solder to my pins as thier are a few cracked solder joints.

Should I buy and replace any other parts before I power up the monitor?  I was just wondering.
