Thought I'd post before and afters on this one.

I didn't really do much yet.
I swapped out the buttons for Sanwas, covered up the peeling CPO, made a new marquee for it, and ditched the huge coin insert/rejector thing on top of the CP.

The marquee was the interesting part.
On the original there was a tagline above the Jaleco logo that said "We Present You Fantastic Time".
I thought the Engrish was kind of funny, so I made it the entire marquee.

Phase 2 will be to convert it to a Neo-Geo, complete with art, which is why I just did a coverup on the CP at this point.

I was pretty sure it was a Pony, but didn't know what revision of it.
