AJax sitdown cabinet
« on: July 25, 2005, 05:16:08 pm »
I'm trying to get an AJax sit-down cabinet into my basement.  It won't fit in the stairwell because it's to long. It looks like it can be split into two sections.  There are 4 bolts on the bottom of the cab, two for the front and two for the back, but no visible bolts to separate the sections on the top of the cabinet.  On the top of the cabinet there is a key hole that seems to lock and unlock a metal brace just inside of the glass sheet in front of the monitor.  I'm assuming this might do the trick, but turning this beast on it's side to undo the bottom bolts, and taking off the molding above it will be a lot of work, so I just want to know if I'm going about this the right way.

I know my description is horrible, but I figure if you have this type of cabinet, you'd know what I was talking about.
