Request: Double Dragon CPO art modificaction

What I would like to have is a DD overlay that is modded for use in a "6 button Street Fighter" control panel. If you look on the original its set up for 3 buttons seen here - http://www.quarterarcade.com/GamePicture.aspx?c=&g=4841&o=0&m=0. Thats pretty much the only section of the artwork that would need to be changed. The words "JUMP, PUNCH, KICK could be deleted. I would like to the button allignments to be curved slightly, seen here -

I've read through all the archives searching DD CPO and it doesn't look there are any DD CPOs available on the internet to d/l, so I would be willing to buy an original, scan it and let who ever can help me use that to make the mods. Then I suppose send the digital scan back  to me aftter its done. The person who helps me is more than welcome to keep the digital scan and do whatever they see fit.

I don't know of any company that still sells repros, but you can at least maybe do a mockup on this pic to give people an idea of what you want in the meantime.
