  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
cocktail cab
« on: July 10, 2005, 09:50:35 am »
my first post (noob) so be gentle (ha).

i have almost competed my first cab. Cocktail pacman refurb (was completely trashed) and added a horizontal side with trackball. I am running mame32 and mamewah. However, I want to use mamewah for nes, snes, atari etc AND still use mame for the aracde roms.
Is there a way to run like a "PRE-FRONTEND" @ startup that allows me to select between  mame/daphne/mamewah/jukebox. (having issues getting daphne to run with mamewah). Kinda like a frontend for my frontends? (dumb i know, sorry)

Thanks

youki

You can use my Front End to do that.  It would be funny to see Atomic as Front End for Mamewah!  ;)

But i'm sure MameWah should do what you want itself without the need of a frontend for the front end.

If you can not with MameWah , you can do that without problem with AtomicFE.

You create a Config for each of yours emulator / Jukebox or what you want, and you use my MulticonfWizard to build your config seletors as you want.
