Mame32 Games way to fast

All of the sudden my Mame32 games starting going way way to fast.  Pack man is so fast I can hardly see the Pac Man on the demo.  Anyone have any idea's what I did to screw it up?

You may have unchecked "throttle" under Options>Default Game Options>Display

I fixed.   Thanks for the input though.   I just deleted everything but my ROMS and reloaded.   Not having crap in the registry is nice isn't it!
